A plot in downtown Melides, already approved with a PIP (Preliminary Information Request) for the development of a Cultural Center, is currently under commercialization. The property is being managed by one of SALVADOR’s associates, who operates a local real estate agency.

Since 2018, we have worked in close collaboration with the Câmara Municipal de Grândola, as well as with members of the local community, to develop this initiative. The center is envisioned as a landmark for culture along the Alentejo coast — inclusive, accessible, and open to all.

SALVADOR is responsible for the conceptual vision of the project, as well as for overseeing its architectural design.

The sale of the plot is expected to be finalized in 2025, and we remain in active dialogue with potential buyers.

If the timeline proceeds as planned, the Cultural Center is scheduled to open its doors by Christmas 2028.
